    The Meat Lover's Diet

Our final feature diet of the week is the very popular Atkins Diet...or as some might call it, the Meat Lover's diet, because of the high protein component.  The diet is outlined below, but as most diets, you may still need to supplement some nutrients that you will miss out on when avoiding particular foods.  If you love your protein, and can live without the carbs, this diet might be the one to try!

We hope this week helped narrow down your dieting options & you are able to find one that's right for you!

    Sincerely,

The Team at Covenant Health Products
