I'm Already Healthy...Why Take Vitamins?

They exercise on a regular basis, eat all the right foods, and look fabulous. Albeit that's not the majority of us, even healthy people could be deficient in certain vitamins and minerals depending on the strictness of their diets. Below is an excellent article discussing a variety of supplements available and reasons why they can help even the healthiest bunch out there (and also those of us who aren't)!!
